Former NFL Player Pat McAfee signs a contract with WWE
Former NFL player Pat McAfee has signed a multi-year contract with WWE. McAfee, who seemed on some NXT TakeOver Pre-Shows in recent months, recently signed the agreement. According to Ryan Satin, news portal ProWrestlingsheet, McAfee will work on digital content of WWE, specifically NXT, although the latter has not yet been confirmed at 100%.
“WWE has formally offered me a multi-year contract,” revealed the popular host on the most recent installment of the Pat McAfee program. “Who knows what we are going to do there, they just want me to come and do some content, and we’ll see where it’s going, I’m very excited about it, this is a dream come true.”
Pat McAfee retired at Age 29 from the NFL in 2016. Barstool Sports were then joined by him and became among the most popular personalities before leaving in August
