Rumors for the Day:

Wrestle Votes notes that the original idea for Dean Ambrose turning on Seth Rollins was to cost him the Intercontinental championship.

To follow up on that, Elias was the man who was going to win the title.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said he’s heard there’s been a lot of discussion of Alistair Black being called up to the main roster.

Speaking of Black, Wrestling Inc says he recently got married to Zelina Vega.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Shane Helms will be functioning as a guest coach at the WWE Performance Center this week and next.
